The NOVUS Glass Restoration System quickly, easily, and neatly removes scratches from all types of glass, including plate, tempered, laminated, mirrored and curved. Unlike other glass restoration systems, the NOVUS Glass Restoration System can remove damages and graffiti from glass.even damages made by carbide scribes, acid, and glass cutting tools.
The NOVUS Glass Restoration System uses a vacuum process to hold the machine onto the glass and provides a continuous flow of slurry through the system. The flow of slurry provides a constant source of new abrasives and keeps the glass cool allowing polishing speeds of 6,000 rpms!
The NOVUS Glass Restoration system has a very unique design. The NOVUS equipment features a clutch mechanism, which allows the technician to control the amount of pressure that the polishing pad puts on the glass surface. This ensures that the same amount of pressure is applied on every point across the glass. Conventional glass restoration units require the operator to apply body pressure to remove damages, which is very inconsistent and will create distortion.
